No. Each player is allowed only one account on 4ph. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If you've forgotten your login details, use the password reset function or contact our support team.

On the 4ph login page, click "Forgot Password?" and enter your registered email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Click the link, set a new strong password, and log back in. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support at [email protected].

You can request account closure by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closing, make sure to withdraw any remaining balance. The minimum deposit on 4ph is ₱100. This applies to all payment methods. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction caps (e.g., GCash has a per-transaction limit). Deposits are credited to your account instantly in most cases.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method:
  • GCash / PayMaya: Usually within 1–4 hours
  • Bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): 1–3 business days
  • First withdrawal: May take up to 3 business days pending KYC review
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Make sure your KYC is fully verified to avoid delays. Withdrawals are only processed to accounts registered in your own name.

Common reasons for withdrawal rejection include: incomplete KYC verification, unmet bonus wagering requirements, mismatched account name and payment details, or suspected fraudulent activity. Bonuses & Promotions

Your welcome bonus is automatically credited after your first qualifying deposit. Make sure your account is fully verified before depositing. The welcome bonus is subject to wagering requirements — you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before withdrawing any winnings derived from it. Wagering requirements (also called playthrough requirements) specify how many times you must bet the bonus amount before it can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to place ₱10,000 in total bets before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings. Different games may contribute differently toward wagering — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less.

Yes. All bonuses on 4ph have an expiry date, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue depending on the promotion. Unused bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited after expiry.
