Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 4ph ("4ph," "we," "us," or "our"). To register and use the 4ph Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
Age Restriction: Access to real-money gaming on 4ph is strictly limited to players aged 21 and above. We conduct age verification during registration and reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 will be immediately suspended and any funds returned in accordance with applicable regulations.
By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. 4ph reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you do not meet these requirements.
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 4ph Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held across all associated accounts.
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and must keep your account details up to date at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and any payment method details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 4ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 4ph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
4ph is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. We may request copies of government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.
4ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment channels as may be made available on the Platform from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. 4ph reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice to players.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform, typically within five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya transactions during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. 4ph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
All transactions on the 4ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). 4ph does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player through their payment provider are the sole responsibility of the player.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 4ph reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ₱100 to dormant accounts with a remaining balance, after providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the dormancy period without further notice.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 4ph are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated for each promotion. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
4ph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets designed solely to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at 4ph's sole discretion.
Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. It is the player's responsibility to use promotional credits before their expiry date.
All bets placed on the 4ph Platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet details — including selection, stake amount, and bet type — before confirming any wager. 4ph will not reverse or amend a confirmed bet except in circumstances where a technical error on our part has demonstrably affected the outcome.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on the Platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may vary by game type, table, or event. 4ph reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
4ph reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances: the bet was placed after an event has concluded; the bet was placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical fault; the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being declared; or the bet was placed in violation of these Terms. In the event a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.
In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical failure during a game round, 4ph will endeavor to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last valid state. If restoration is not possible, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned. The decision of 4ph's technical team regarding game malfunctions is final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 4ph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
Anti-Money Laundering: 4ph is committed to full compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). We are required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Any account suspected of being used for money laundering will be immediately frozen pending investigation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content; use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform; or frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.
Any unauthorized use of 4ph's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 4ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.
4ph's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
4ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 4ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
4ph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

4ph reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will be no less than seven (7) days after notification for material changes.
If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request the closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining balance before the effective date of the changes. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and 4ph, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or platform operations that fall within the regulatory jurisdiction of PAGCOR, the relevant PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures shall apply.
